Unframed Photographic Prints and Books
Purchases of photographic prints (unframed and framed) are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.
If your print is damaged during the process of framing, we are unable to accept, exchange or refunds of prints.
If your print has been damaged in transit please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing graysmithcreative@gmail.com for assistance.
Please take a photo of the damage and send it with your email.
Books will not be refunded.
Photographic Print Care Instructions
Once you receive your print please take it to a professional framer to avoid mishandling.
If you are framing the print yourself, please avoid touching the surface of the print and avoid bending the print.
To ensure the longevity of your photographic print we recommend the following:
Keep your print out of direct sunlight
Have it framed by a professional framer with an archival quality mat board and lightweight acrylic or glass
We do not offer a lifetime warranty on prints or books.
